Fantastic service & overall experience!! When you read all the reviews it does comfort you but I agree that I was slightly nervous when purchasing online without trying on the jacket first. I really didn’t need to worry, step by step all my questions have Been answered by SeAnn as I have had a bad experience from another online retailer before I found soul Revolver so I was apprehensive. I waited for my fedex email and once I received this I was very excited! My jacket was nicely wrapped inside a black Soul Revolver bag. I unwrapped and tried on my jacket which fitted beautifully ! Such excellent quality and the Antique brown colour is lovely rich chocolate colour ! I opted for thermal lining also which makes my jacket nice and warm. I also chose Italian Leather which is lovely smell and nice and soft. I can understand why people want more than one jacket ! I already want another three jackets from Soul Revolver! Great quality Fair price great service don’t hesitate get yourself a fantastic jacket !

I've just tried on my brand new Drifter Leather Jacket, after getting it delivered at my workplace, and, as expected, after reading other reviews, I am over the moon!.....it fits perfectly, and, unlike other websites, the jacket is EXACTLY as described....the attention to detail of every pocket, seam, and zip is exceptional....what a shame, that I'm not going out tonight!....yep, I can definitely recommend the jacket.....and Soulrevolver, for there contact with the customer after payment, but before delivery......very important in my opinion.....top marks all round....

I received my Drifter (XXL) jacket in brown literally 30 minutes ago and am absolutely 'bowled over' at the quality and fit of it. It is as though the jacket has specifically been made for me. It fits perfectly and is, without doubt, the best jacket I own and have ever owned. I was slightly apprehensive about spending £345 over the internet, rather than in a shop 'trying it on' - but I needn't have worried. The quality of this item fully justifies the cost and I am now saving to buy the 'Yushan' jacket later this year, for the winter! I know that the customer services department of many companies usually deals mainly with complaints. Not the case here - and I just want any prospective customer to know that I am delighted with the item, the help of 'SeAnn' regarding choosing my size and receiving the jacket in only 11 days. I will be ordering from Soulrevolver again soon - very happy and very impressed. 24/07/14 - UPDATE I have just received the 'Winchester' jacket and, yet again, am completely 'bowled over'. The quality of leather and the fit are simply stunning. I was Informed about what was happening at every step of the way by SeAnn and cannot wait to head out tonight with this on. If you are worried about the cost of leather jackets and buying over the internet, which is understandable, let me put your mind at rest. The cost more than justifies the quality and fit that you will be getting. This company is simply amazing. I am now saving for a black jacket from SR for winter! A++ class stitching, WYSIWYG art, first class costumer service, the price is honest, euhmm..what else..i'm a little confused and overwhelmed, maybe it's that sweet smell from the nappa leather that fills my room now, anyway..the first time i bought a leather jacket online at SoulRevolver and it will not be my last.
